Aleesha is a female professional bodybuilder that has gained recognition in the past quarter of a decade. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into a sporting family. Her father competed in bodybuilding and her brothers played sports like hockey on ice. Aleesha also played various sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball before getting into bodybuilding, when she was around 15. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha when she was the winner of the NPC USA Championships. However, she began her journey in the year 2008. She was also a participant at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and placed ninth. In 2015, she placed 9th. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2016 and 2015 during her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha improved and eventually achieve her first professional win in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. She finished 4th, which was her top place. The "World's strong mom" had to stop her training because of her health.
